Just east of Yaletown, inside Parq Vancouver beside BC Place Stadium. The facade is reflective glass; the interior turns warm and earthy. The 188 loft-inspired rooms hold to grey and wood — concrete ceilings overhead, a tartan throw on the bed, marble in the bathroom.

Spa by JW anchors the quieter hours. A 4,200-square-foot fitness studio, steam rooms, a manicure and pedicure bar, and a large outdoor terrace with lounge beds and a whirlpool.

Eight places to eat and drink sit within Parq Vancouver. Seasonal farm-to-table at Honey Salt; a handcrafted cocktail and a game of pool at D/6 lounge.
