The place

A 1909 building in the heart of Chattanooga, red brick outside, the last century inside. Seija Ojanpera designed the sixteen suites with retro cues from the 50s, 60s, and 70s — mid-century furniture, vibrant wallpapers, curated artwork, walls of exposed brick. Each one is its own.

The suites run spacious. A soaking tub with a standalone shower, C.O. Bigelow bath products, a gas fireplace, coffee roasted by Mad Priest. A continental breakfast is included, taken in the quiet of the solarium. Inside the hotel, Matilda Midnight pours tiki-inspired cocktails alongside light bites.
