The place
On Hobart's waterfront, a warehouse that has stood since 1823 now keeps art instead of cargo. The Henry Jones follows the original structure faithfully, which means no two of its 56 rooms and suites are quite alike. Exposed stone, timber, a white and earthy palette with the occasional flare of red.
Local artwork hangs throughout the hotel. A compact gym holds machines and free weights.
