In Spring Hill, The Inchcolm holds onto its early-twentieth-century Neo-Georgian face while everything behind it has moved on. The 135 rooms and suites are eclectic on purpose — elegant furnishing, quirky objects, artwork that repeats nowhere.
Small pleasures are built in. A daily Martini, complimentary. Sumptuous bedding, a walk-in shower, Apple TV for the slow evenings.
The Inchcolm Bar takes its manner from the Paris Salon — a sophisticated Australian menu of fresh local produce, and a drinks list that runs from beer to martini. Guests also have access to selected local fitness centres and a self-service laundry on-site.
