The place
On the edge of Catseye Beach, The Sundays is the first new hotel to open on Hamilton Island in nearly two decades. Carrie Williams designed its 59 rooms in neutrals and turquoise — breezy, contemporary, each with a freestanding tub, a private terrace and a kitchenette.
The outdoor pool sits right beside the water, with some of the best views on the island. A yoga deck and watersports equipment wait nearby, and guests have access to the Hamilton Island Fitness Club.
