The place
A colonial revival house from 1937, at the center of Saugatuck. Soucie Horner refurbished it in 2021, and the rooms hold a timeless kind of elegance — 11 in all, each in its own palette, set with antique furniture over dark wooden floors.
Mornings matter here. Chef Rose Duong cooks a New American breakfast daily from fresh local ingredients; afternoons drift toward the garden. There is no restaurant or bar on-site, but downtown Saugatuck begins at the doorstep.
