Zanzibar Locke is an apartment hotel in a historic red brick building in central Dublin — a place for when you want room to live, and to cook. Exposed brick runs through the interior, set against modern furnishings, greenery, and touches of black brass.
The 160 apartments range from studios to duplex suites, softened into pale pink and neutrals with modern designer furnishing. Each has an SMEG kitchen, comfortable bedding, Kinsey Apothecary toiletries, and wifi.
A large open co-working space and a compact workout studio — free weights and machines — sit within the building. At Baraza, the restaurant and bar, the menu leans Californian, the cocktails experimental.
