The place

The facade is alive — more than 500 square meters of living plants climbing two converted buildings just east of Hyde Park. Inside, the material story continues: furniture in reclaimed stone and timber, contemporary artworks made of plants and recycled matter.

The 181 rooms and suites hold to a neutral palette. British oak underfoot, hand-chiseled stone, a small plant, a yoga mat. Sleepeezee bedding and Bamford bath products finish the room.

There is a holistic spa, a 24-hour gym, and a rotation of wellness and yoga classes. At Dovetale, chef Tom Sellers — twice Michelin-starred — reinvents European classics; Dover Yard, the bar and lounge, pours drinks both classic and new.
