A 19th-century farmhouse in the heart of Annapolis, given a second life. 1313 West keeps its equestrian heritage close — each of the seven rooms is named for a winning racehorse. Inside, serene neutrals, vintage furnishings, white oak underfoot, artwork that doesn't date.
