Brach Paris
The place
Brach occupies a 1970s postal sorting office in the 16th arrondissement, remade by Philippe Starck. The interior runs earthy and contemporary, threaded with influences from Africa, Asia, and South America.
The 59 rooms and suites mix rosewood, fluted glass, marble, and metal — modernist furniture, surrealist photographs, African stools. The suites go further: a private terrace, a soaking tub, an outdoor jacuzzi, the view spread wide.
On the roof, greenery, loungers, a Norwegian hot tub, and the Eiffel Tower holding the view. Below, a vintage-inspired sports club with a 22-meter pool, a gym, a sauna, a steam room, and a salt room. Chef Adam Bentalha cooks Mediterranean with an oriental turn.
