The place
Twenty-three acres in the foothills of the Catskills, arranged around a Boarding House from 1905. Refreshed in 2021, the old hotel now carries a quieter charm — neutral and sage tones, wooden floors, playful furnishings made for lingering.
The 63 rooms scatter across the grounds: the Boarding House itself, the Pool House, the Creekside Cabin, the Ridge Rooms, the A-Frame Cabins. Each keeps to the same soft palette.
There is a king-size outdoor pool, a fully equipped gym, a Finnish sauna, a deck for morning yoga. Conover Club serves comfort food in the open air; Rise & Shine pours the coffee and sets out light bites. The countryside handles the rest.
