Three 19th-century houses in Mahón make up Cristine Bedfor. Designer Lorenzo Castillo let the interiors run to colorful vintage — the 21 rooms are one-of-a-kind, each with antique furniture, curated objects, and intricate patterns alongside the modern amenities.
Outside, striped loungers ring the pool, a bar close at hand. There is a lush garden, a compact gym, treatment rooms, beach kits for the taking.
La Cocina de Cristine is open all day. Chef Pau Sintes cooks Menorcan, refined, from seasonal local produce.
