The place

In southern Menorca, a white-washed 19th-century finca reworked by Dorothée Meilichzon. The design stays playful — bright colors and contemporary furnishings set against old agricultural bones.

The 43 rooms and villas center on white, warmed by handwoven blankets, pieces from local artisans, and flashes of color. Every villa comes with its own outdoor pool and garden.

At the heart of the property, a 26-metre infinity pool stretches out between plush loungers. The hotel can arrange horse riding, boat tours, paragliding, massages. In the kitchen, chef Sylvain Roucayrol lets fresh, seasonal Menorcan produce lead the menu.
