The place
A white stone building on the waterfront of Santo Tomás — the first five-star hotel on Menorca. Inside, white and wood, clean lines, little else.
The 159 rooms and suites keep the same restraint, with quiet nods to the island's vernacular architecture. Each has a private terrace and a bathtub; a few come with a pool of their own.
