Ennea Hotel

The place

Ennea Hotel stands a few steps from Punta Zicatela Beach in the surf town of Puerto Escondido. A series of open-air pavilions in Tzalam wood, concrete, and stone, with lush vegetation weaving through the gaps. The air moves freely here.

Nine intimate suites, each in a warm, earthy palette — Comité wooden furniture, local artwork, exposed concrete floors. A private terrace comes with every one, along with the essentials: good bedding, a TV, wifi.

At the center, an outdoor pool ringed by striped loungers and calming greenery. ENNA, the restaurant, is helmed by chef Rodolfo Castellanos, who works contemporary regional cuisine from the freshest ingredients.
