The place
A whitewashed post office from 1917, tucked away near Tavira and revived with architectural studio Atelier RUA. Hospedaria keeps things small: five rooms, a countryside setting, and a contemporary calm that never raises its voice.
The rooms hold a white and neutral palette under exposed concrete ceilings, with modern and antique furniture side by side. Each has a private outdoor patio, Nova Saboaria toiletries, and wifi.
Outside, a plunge pool with loungers. The old tavern has become a bar — drinks, light bites, not much more. The hotel can arrange horse riding or a tuk-tuk tour, if the stillness ever wears off.
