In the Warehouse District of New Orleans, Hotel Perle opened in February 2025 inside the former Alberta Hotel, a landmark standing since 1916. Studio Ward + Gray — the minds behind Wildflower Farms and The Bellevue Hotel — shaped the interiors, letting French colonial opulence settle into modern sophistication.
The 10 spacious accommodations are made for traveling together, running from two bedrooms to seven. Soothing pastels, unique antique furniture, crystal chandeliers, rattan armoires, gilded mirrors catching the light. Each comes with a full kitchen, a living room, and a laundry. Above it all, a terrace pool looks out over the city.
