The place

Among the olive groves of Sicily's Val di Noto, a pared-back Masseria has become Il San Corrado Di Noto. Envisioned by architect Corrado Papa, the luxury stays understated — refined furniture, earthy hues, nothing louder than the landscape.

The 34 suites and villas follow that restraint; the villas each add a large private patio and their own outdoor pool.

There are two pools to choose between: the Green pool, a courtyard of sun beds with its own bar, and the One Hundred Blue Pool — a hundred meters, made for laps. A private beach, a modern gym, a spa, a yoga pavilion, and tennis courts complete the grounds. At Principe di Belludia and Osteria Casa Pasta, the flavors are Sicily's own.
