The place

Parco Dei Sesi lies within a 5,000-year-old archaeological park on Pantelleria, Sicily’s volcanic island — a scattering of vernacular houses across four hectares of olive and caper fields. The twelve accommodations run from bedrooms to a spacious villa, all pared back: chic furnishings, curated objects, little else to interrupt the fields.

A 12-metre outdoor pool opens to the ocean panorama. Rooftops catch the view; yoga and massages fill the slower hours, and the water at Punta Fram is a short walk away. The in-house restaurant makes breakfast by hand and cooks through the day with local, seasonal produce.
