The place
Deep in the Sicilian countryside, a scatter of stone cottages on 600 hectares of rolling farmland. Manfredi Rizzuto kept the farmhouse plainness — original wooden beams, stone walls, handcrafted furniture — and let the modern comforts stay quiet.
The outdoor pool is edged with white lounge beds and greenery. Days can be given to cooking workshops, treehouse picnics, garden tours, Sicilian wine tastings. Or to nothing at all.
The restaurant occupies the old granary, returning traditional regional flavors with a subtle modern note.
