The place

A grand 19th-century mansion in Budapest's Old Town, opened in late 2024 as a hotel that reads like a Hungarian fairy tale. Whimsical patterns, unafraid colour, and 127 rooms and suites whose hues nod to local myths and native flora.

Downstairs, a 24-hour fitness space and a warm corner to recover in — a large hot tub, a wooden sauna, a steam room.

There are three places to eat and drink. Agos is a serene Mediterranean restaurant; Fennen, the rooftop bar, comes with a garden of its own.
