The place

Behind a white and green facade in Haría, a heritage-listed 19th-century house keeps its old rhythms. Historic wooden floors and doors remain intact; crystal chandeliers and vintage floral chairs sit among curated antiques.

The eight guest rooms are each designed individually — rustic in one corner, glamorous in the next. Some hold a standalone bathtub. Others open to a private terrace.

Downstairs, the moody restaurant of chef Pedro Jorge Hernández Felipe turns local ingredients into European classics. Afterwards, a rooftop terrace, a library, a living room. And an orange garden, for the hours in between.
