A former Belle Époque hotel garage, just off the Biarritz waterfront, revived by the Experimental Group. The 27 rooms run neo-retro — designer furniture, curvaceous headboards, playful patterns, the modern essentials in place.
The heart of it is the heated outdoor pool, ringed by colorful loungers and greenery. Miramar Beach is steps from the door.
Neo Bistro handles meals and drinks al fresco. Chef Benjamin cooks Basque, with South American and Asian inflections.
