The place

A 14th-century corner building in the Marais, given over to Martin Brudnizki's whimsy — pastel hues, clashing patterns, artisanal touches at every turn.

The 61 rooms and suites settle into pale greens, yellows, and oranges: playful vintage furniture, Aubusson-style tapestries, curated antiques, Hungarian-stitch parquet underfoot. Garnier Thiébaut linens and Diptyque toiletries come standard, along with butler and laundry service.

There is a large mosaic indoor pool and jacuzzi, a hammam, and a fully equipped fitness center. At Boubalé, Michelin-starred chef Assaf Granit turns to the traditional recipes of Eastern Europe and the Middle East.
