The place
Maison La Minervetta stands on a cliff near Sorrento, a 1950s building facing the Bay of Naples. Marco de Luca gave the interior a bold nautical spirit — twelve rooms in playful colour and pattern, each with its own furnishings, curated objects, and Crabtree & Evelyn in the bathroom.
Mornings begin with a homemade breakfast buffet from the kitchen. Afterwards, the terrace and its lounge beds, or the plunge pool in the lush garden, the bay below. There is no formal restaurant here; a private staircase leads straight down to the village of Marina Grande.
