Mr. C Miami – Coconut Grove occupies a contemporary building in Coconut Grove, carrying the European polish of the Cipriani group. Inside, modern design meets old-world sophistication. The 100 guest rooms and suites are washed in powder blue, set with Italian-inspired furnishings and glossy wooden touches.

On the rooftop, a 4,500-square-foot pool deck: loungers, cabanas, a poolside bar, the water catching the Miami light. A 24-hour gym covers the practical side.

The cooking is where the Cipriani name shows. Bellini, the signature restaurant, keeps to Italian dishes; Il Giardino serves a casual menu in an idyllic outdoor setting.
