ROOST Baltimore
The place
A black, industrial-inspired building near the Baltimore Peninsula. ROOST Baltimore opened in July 2023 as an apartment hotel, its public spaces designed by studio Aumen Asner with a playful modern hand — designer furnishings, industrial accents, colorful artwork and objects.
The 81 apartments run from studios to three bedrooms. Hardwood floors, vintage rugs, living plants, cozy modern furniture. Each comes with a fully equipped kitchen, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a Samsung smart TV — made for staying a while.
Outside, a tranquil pool waits with loungers and umbrellas. There is also a fitness center, an outdoor terrace, and plenty of communal corners for lounging. Little Wing pours coffee and lays out pastries; Vessel takes over with small plates and cocktails.
