In Mitte, a Grade II-listed Bauhaus structure from 1928 houses the London members' club. The interior mixes industrial and Art Deco: exposed concrete columns beside bold velvet seating, large chandeliers overhead.
The 85 rooms, apartments and lofts follow a classier line — vintage furnishing, dark wooden parquet, industrial details. Apartments and lofts add a full kitchen and living area, suited to longer stays.
The quiet triumph is up top: an emerald-green rooftop pool, the only one in Berlin, ringed by lounge beds and open city views. Below, a fitness center and a spa with sauna, steam room and treatments. On the ground floor, Cecconi's serves Northern Italian — wood-fired pizzas, pasta.
