Son Blanc Farmhouse

The place

On 130 hectares of preserved Menorcan farmland, a 19th-century farmhouse stood abandoned. Local architects, artisans, and engineers brought it back — tidewater stone, wild olive wood, an ecological build that dissolves into the wild land around it.

The 14 rooms and suites are each their own. Textured plaster walls, terracotta tiles, exposed beams; furniture made by hand from local reclaimed wood.

The pool is stone, an infinity edge that reads as part of the ground itself. A yoga studio sits nearby. In the kitchen, the menu follows whatever the land gives — simple, vibrant dishes drawn from smoke and char-grilling.
