The place
Beside Songjeong Beach in Busan's Haeundae-gu, an affordable seaside stay with a temperament of its own. Jongkim Studio filled the interiors with play — bursts of color, checkered throws, contemporary furnishings across 53 rooms, each in its own palette. Every one looks straight at the ocean, nothing in the way.
On the roof, a breezy pool and jacuzzi, with cocktails from the bar. AllDay, the new restaurant on-site, serves bold pasta and comforting bar bites; the cafe carries casual meals and drinks through the day.
