Twelve stories of brick and warehouse-style windows in Chicago's Fulton Market District. Inside the 4-star hotel, the in-house design team let exposed concrete columns stand against elegant mid-century furnishings — industrial bones, softened.

The 182 guest rooms carry the same hand: brass lamps, leather headboards, designer bedding, Blank toiletries, a modern walk-in bathroom. Nothing loud.

The rooftop pool deck is the draw — checkered tiles, teal-green day beds. A large co-working space doubles as a cozy lounge. Circa serves modern Mediterranean all day; Cabra, up on the roof, cooks Peruvian-inspired plates.
