The place

A 1960s Brutalist building beside Tegnérlunden park, in the center of Stockholm, opened as a hotel in 2024. Architect Per Öberg gave the interior a vintage soul — 18th- and 19th-century French furniture, sculptures, artwork gathered as if over generations. The 103 rooms rest in creamy hues, with a modern sophistication underneath.

Villa Dahlia Spa & Spirit waits below: a classic sauna, an infrared sauna, a cold bath, a hammam, a modern fitness center. Gastro Bar handles the rest of the day with an Italian-inspired menu and a long list of drinks. Take it in the lobby, on the rooftop terrace, or out in the courtyard.
