The place

On the Gran Via, a white corner building holds Dear Hotel. The interior follows the facade — white, neutral, a pause from the street below.

The 162 rooms and suites keep a Scandinavian calm: clean modern furnishing, herringbone oak floors, curated objects and prints, a sleek blacked-out bathroom. Some open onto a scenic private terrace.

The roof is where it all gathers — a plunge pool and solarium with the city on every side, and the Sky Bar for cocktails, wine, and the rest. On the 14th floor, Nice to Meet You serves a contemporary menu, al fresco.
