The place

A lodge by the outdoor brand of the same name, a short walk from downtown Bozeman. The 179 rooms and suites borrow from traditional hunting and fishing lodges — stained wood paneling, plaid carpeting, a custom wool camp blanket folded at the foot of the bed.

The indoor pool is large and lined with loungers and chairs. Beyond it: a gym, a communal space, and a 29,000-square-foot backyard where fire pits burn and a hot tub steams. Dry Fly Saloon serves hearty dishes all day. The Honey Hole handles the rest — drinks, billiards, darts, gaming machines.
