The place

A modernist high-rise beside the Seine, at the edge of the Marais. Opened in late 2022, the hotel wears its avant-garde openly — RDAI gave the lobby mushroom columns, orange mirrored walls, vibrant art.

The 162 rooms and suites work a palette of orange and blue: contemporary furniture, wooden parquet, brass accents, playful objects. The details are looked after — luxurious bedding, CODAGE in the bathroom, an AeroBull speaker, a Nespresso machine.

There is the Maison CODAGE Spa, the Ô Zenhit pool, a fitness centre. And on the roof, Bonnie — restaurant, bar, and club in one, cosmopolitan plates set against the whole of Paris. The Lobby Cafe stays casual, light bites and drinks.
